The Human Body for the most part is 20% Carbon and mostly Water

and if you remove the O = Oxygen from Water

~ I know of three ways to remove Oxygen from Water ~

One way Nature removes O = Oxygen from Frozen H2O = Water
is with direct Sun energy
Sun energy Evaporates Frozen Oxygen from Glacier Ice
leaving Dirty Hydrogen to flow

it absorbs Carbon and all the other Minerals in that part of the ground
becoming what we know as Crude Oil today
after Billions of years of the Dirty Hydrogen absorbing carbon and the minerals
from this Carbon based Earth
while Oil is different everywhere
there is very Dirty Crude Oil in the ground in some parts of this Carbon based Earth
and there is very Clean Crude Oil in the ground
in other parts of this Carbon based Earth
and the only thing Crude Oil from from all over this carbon based Earth
have in common is the Carbon from this Carbon based Earth

and when you place Water in a Vacuum Chamber
Vacuum = Negative Pressure will pull the O = Oxygen out from the H2O Water
leaving dirty Hydrogen if you used UN-pure water
like mineral water or unfiltered water
making Gasoline = Clean Hydrogen & Carbon
the Carbon from the Earth makes the Hydrogen = Rocket Fuel ~ more Stable
