caused by frozen air crashing downward as warm air rises
as the Sea level continues to rise and fall the thickness of a Dime
and if Ice did not melt the Sea level would decline 60 feet every ten years
and when the Evaporation rate by the variable Sun exceeds the rate the Ice is melting
the Sea level declines while causing more Rain Snow and Ice
