who Publish the NASA Climate Change News Letter
that only allows their personal feelings of belief in climate change to be Preached

for what or who ?
as they ignore many known climate variables in their climate study
proving it is a very flawed incomplete study
while we have NASA Lunatics like Steve Running
who is a very proven fraud in Science with zero back ground in
Atmospheric Emission Science Physics and Chemistry
who refuses to publicly debate his proven lies in Science

off setting all heat rising = removing and transfer heat from the lower Atmosphere upward
