what the President might do or could maybe do in the future
is a Lunatic argument based on Political Paranoia
based on the the fear of the unknowable unpredictable future
and is a Lunatic Argument that would apply to every President
and to every Carbon based Human on this Carbon based Earth
and to be the Maybe Prediction Police is to Police by Paranoia
based on
Personal Emotional Feelings of Political Pathological True Belief
and can not be the bases for Impeachment
when knowing the Belief for Impeachment was planed
long before the belief in an un-proven crime
