My Update on the Deliberate Incompetence by Fidelity Investments
with the Help of Glacier Bancorp

and today Fidelity Investments
Can Not Find the Certified Letter
~ that they Signed for ~
that I sent to them on OCT. 17 2025
that was in their hands by Oct. 22, 2025
so for five days they could not see or know my certified letter
sent to them was there
that had been there for 5 days
and they needed my Tracking Numbers
before they could go look for the certified Letter
they already Signed for
and then they would get back to me
while the Letters they said they would send me never ever came
just like a Scam Artist Committing Fraud would do to you
as this Deliberate Failure by Fidelity has been on going
since December of 2024
~ because they want to keep my Wife’s 401K ~
so I am guessing one day I will be dealing with their Law Firm
and is their Law Firm part of an Organized Crime Scam too
and we will see how long they can deliberately be Incompetent
~ every step of the way ~
as this is an Investigative Test to Measure the Incompetence by Fidelity
so my Professional Advice to everyone is:
Get your Money out of Glacier Bancorp & Fidelity Investments
~ NOW ~
while Fidelity is well informed and knows this is an Investigative Test
of their proven deliberate incompetence
with the Help of Glacier Bancorp
in order for them to keep the 401K that is not theirs to keep
and Belongs to my Family

I have been in Business Management since 1971
beginning when I was a Freshman in High School
and I ran my own Business for over 32 years
I have a Doctor Honor for my working back ground in science
and I have been Investigating and Proving
Scams and Fraud in Science for over thirty years
I have been a Student of Constitutional History and Law since 1980
and I have lost two Legal Arguments since 1980
and today I am a White House Cabinet Advisor
and every time I talk to Fidelity on the Phone
it always turns out to be a proven Lie
just like a Scam Artist would do
and proving Fidelity Investments are Lairs
and you do not want to give your very hard earned Money
to Proven Lairs
who want to keep your money and not give it back to you
as we are now into this 10 months
and will it take another 10 months
for them to give my Families money back to us
and maybe they are hoping I will Die of Old Age
before they have to give us back what is not theirs to keep
as their lack of Competence is Criminal
and every Judge and Lawyer and Law Maker
I have known in my Life Time would Agree
as Fidelity has already Failed the Test
and we will see how much further they will Deliberately Fail this Legal Test
for all of us to see and know
