and they told me it was not a mistake and I must give them $25.00<\/p>\n
because the Helena City Ordnance states<\/p>\n

and once again I told them the parking sign does not state a Permit is Required<\/p>\n
and the Response was that is the Law by the Helena City Commissioners<\/p>\n
so I fought the Parking ticked based on very proven Fraud by the City of Helena<\/p>\n
