Can Not Find the Certified Letter<\/p>\n
~ that they Signed for ~<\/p>\n
that I sent to them on OCT. 17 2025<\/p>\n
that was in their hands by Oct. 22, 2025<\/p>\n
so for five days they could not see or know my certified letter<\/p>\n
sent to them was there<\/p>\n
that had been there for 5 days<\/p>\n
and they needed my Tracking Numbers<\/p>\n
before they could go look for the certified Letter<\/p>\n
they already Signed for<\/p>\n
and then they would get back to me<\/p>\n
while the Letters they said they would send me never ever came<\/p>\n
just like a Scam Artist Committing Fraud would do to you<\/p>\n
as this Deliberate Failure by Fidelity has been on going<\/p>\n
since December of 2024<\/p>\n
~ because they want to keep my Wife’s 401K ~<\/p>\n
so I am guessing one day I will be dealing with their Law Firm<\/p>\n
and is their Law Firm part of an Organized Crime Scam too<\/p>\n
and we will see how long they can deliberately be Incompetent<\/p>\n
