Batista \u00a0is for you ~<\/p>\n he is a lair and a fraud,<\/p>\n and I can Prove it ~<\/p>\n in or out of a Court of Law.<\/p>\n ~<\/p>\n December 6, 2012<\/p>\n Now Ed wants to be\u00a0friends with me on www.linkedin.com<\/p>\n I have e-mailed this page to Ed many times since his\u00a0invitation,<\/p>\n and no response,<\/p>\n while\u00a0receiving reminders from\u00a0LinkedIn to connect with Ed,<\/p>\n to be apart of his\u00a0professional network,<\/p>\n I don’t get it Ed,<\/p>\n ~ is there\u00a0something\u00a0you would like to say to me Mr. Ed ?<\/p>\n I\u00a0mentioned\u00a0it to two Attorneys I know,<\/p>\n they think it’s Crazy,<\/p>\n why\u00a0don’t you just e-mail me and tell me whats on your mind,<\/p>\n or send me a letter Ed<\/p>\n to go with the emails you sent me ~ threatening me ~<\/p>\n when you refused to go forward with the case,<\/p>\n your e-mails are very\u00a0incriminating,<\/p>\n ~ Proving You are ~ not ~ an honest Attorney ~<\/p>\n ~<\/p>\n Ed,<\/p>\n I told you about the first Bogus Accounting from Tony Yeoman,<\/p>\n and that Tony Yeoman changed his mind many times,<\/p>\n of the fact there was any funds in the Leo Yeoman Trust.<\/p>\n and that Tony sent me a card stating the trust was all his,<\/p>\n and had no\u00a0obligation\u00a0to do anything more than keep all the trust for himself.<\/p>\n Tony also sent me Trust Documents he had withheld\u00a0from me for years,<\/p>\n failing his\u00a0duty’s\u00a0and\u00a0responsibility to the Trust.<\/p>\n Then I hired You.<\/p>\n ~ We then\u00a0received\u00a0the\u00a0remaining Trust Documents Tony had\u00a0withheld from me ~<\/p>\n I sent you a copy of what Tony sent me and the envelope it came in.<\/p>\n ~ you forgot to return the the envelope (evidence) when you sent the case file back to me ~<\/p>\n I told you Tony Yeoman had\u00a0Breached the Trust for several years for large sums of money,<\/p>\n I told you Tony Yeoman used the Trust as\u00a0Collateral\u00a0to Barrow larger sums of money,<\/p>\n then Tony used the Trust Funds to pay off those Loans.<\/p>\n I told you Tony\u00a0offered my Brother $10,000 dollars, and later a much larger sum,<\/p>\n to settle his share of the trust to avoid giving him his\u00a0rightful share of the trust.<\/p>\n Then ~ We ~ received a Bogus Accounting from Tony Yeoman.<\/p>\n and you know you should have sent out those Subpoenas\u00a0~<\/p>\n sitting on your desk\u00a0~ signed and all ready to go ~<\/p>\n Instead of Quitting.<\/p>\n You were working for Tony not me.<\/p>\n Ed, after your meeting with Tony,<\/p>\n you tried to convince me to end the case,<\/p>\n with zero proof of anything,<\/p>\n I then consulted with three Montana Law Firms,<\/p>\n then I told you to go forward with the case,<\/p>\n you refused to go forward with the case,<\/p>\n You\u00a0dined\u00a0me my legal rights in every way after your meeting with Tony Yeoman.<\/p>\n Two\u00a0Montana\u00a0Law firms ~ prior to hiring you,<\/p>\n reviewed the Yeoman Trust and\u00a0explained very\u00a0clearly my legal rights,<\/p>\n the the\u00a0legal\u00a0rights Tony Yeoman’s Attorney\u00a0tried\u00a0to deny me in court,<\/p>\n with an argument everyone in the ~ real world of real Law ~ knows is a meaningless,<\/p>\n it was senseless argument that can not be won in any real court of Law.<\/p>\n It was all smoke and mirrors,<\/p>\n a circus for show,<\/p>\n to\u00a0appease ~ pacify ~ Tony Yeoman’s incoherent lack of\u00a0comprehension\u00a0of Trust Law.<\/p>\n A Bogus argument is an\u00a0excellent way to keep the Legal Money Meter Rolling.<\/p>\n So Ed, when it came time to serve the subpoenas,<\/p>\n you refused to serve the subpoenas,<\/p>\n knowing Tony Yeoman was very Paranoid about the Subpoenas being served,<\/p>\n you gave the other side everything they wanted on a silver platter,<\/p>\n ~ you did what you wanted to do Ed,<\/p>\n ~ with out my\u00a0approval ~<\/p>\n then you rolled over and played dead,<\/p>\n you quit, and refused to refund me,<\/p>\n then you sent me the case file,<\/p>\n missing some of the evidence I sent you,<\/p>\n with\u00a0obviously\u00a0Bogus Bank\u00a0statements,<\/p>\n there were no bank\u00a0statements prior to Tony Yeoman taking over the Trust,<\/p>\n after Flora Yeoman died.<\/p>\n I analyzed the case file, then sent it back to California to be analyzed again,<\/p>\n they came to the same conclusion I did,<\/p>\n your case file proves your\u00a0complete and\u00a0total incompetence as an Attorney,<\/p>\n also proving\u00a0~ Edward B. Batista can not be Trusted ~<\/p>\n I could not find anyone who could take over the case on such sort notice.<\/p>\n Four other\u00a0Attorneys\u00a0Reviewed the Case File and all agree ~ it is Very Sloppy\u00a0Garbage ~<\/p>\n One of the Attorneys wanted me to ask you if this was the very\u00a0first\u00a0time you have done this kind of legal work,<\/p>\n You have been doing this kind of\u00a0legal work since 1998,<\/p>\n you are a Licensed Legalized\u00a0Criminal\u00a0in the State of California since 1998.<\/p>\n Do you want to make things right Ed ?<\/p>\n Send me a letter stating how you can make things right.<\/p>\n ~<\/p>\n Remember when you called me a lair Ed, then I document I was not a lair,<\/p>\n that also documented your mental incompetence.<\/p>\n Do you remember the Attorneys who contacted you on my\u00a0behalf,<\/p>\n to take over the case, but could not on such short notice.<\/p>\n Do you remember the three mistakes you made in our Attorney Client Agreement,<\/p>\n that took me three rounds\u00a0of\u00a0communication with you before you\u00a0acknowledged<\/p>\n and\u00a0comprehend the mistakes.<\/p>\n Do you remember when it came time for you to send me the Case File,<\/p>\n after you quite the Case,<\/p>\n You sent me three very Frantic e-mails,<\/p>\n requesting my mailing address,<\/p>\n the same mailing address you sent and\u00a0received\u00a0mail to and from for\u00a0months.<\/p>\n That proves more than confusion,<\/p>\n that is\u00a0professional incompetence.<\/p>\n I have dealt with a\u00a0handful\u00a0of\u00a0Professional\u00a0Nut Cases in my life,<\/p>\n and your at the top of the list Ed.<\/p>\n The only\u00a0possible\u00a0reason not to forward with the\u00a0Subpoenas,<\/p>\n ~ you were\u00a0bought\u00a0off or your\u00a0totally Nuts ~<\/p>\n I will forward your case file to the California Bar on January 26, 2012<\/p>\n ~ I did not forward the case file ~<\/p>\n I got tired of dealing with this Bogus system of thieves<\/p>\n so I did not forward the e-mails,<\/p>\n my personal\u00a0statement,<\/p>\n and\u00a0investigation report,<\/p>\n but I sill may at a later time<\/p>\n I have e-mailed Dewey Harpainter many times to burn off some steam,<\/p>\n with no response,<\/p>\n and why would he.<\/p>\n Thank You Roy Harper,<\/p>\n along with other Members of the Nevada County Bar Association,<\/p>\n for your assistance,<\/p>\n and the Attorneys who analyzed the case file and\u00a0reviewed\u00a0the case file,<\/p>\n in California and Montana,<\/p>\n and sorry Mark Goodman of Reno Nevada for all the inconvenience,<\/p>\n if your ever in Helena Montana,\u00a0I owe you a Beer.<\/p>\n ~<\/p>\n just the Facts.<\/p>\n Bruce A.
