To take away Miranda rights, means your\u00a0already guilty before a Trial.<\/p>\n
The Patriot Act already does that, allowing the U.S. Government to take\u00a0U.S.\u00a0citizens\u00a0off the streets of Helena Montana U.S.A. – then\u00a0take you to a foreign country, torture you, and then let you go in a third country, with just\u00a0the\u00a0 shirt\u00a0on your back,<\/p>\n
but only if they think\u00a0you are\u00a0innocent, without a trial.<\/p>\n
This is something the U.S. Government has already done many times, to many people, for too many years.<\/p>\n
The government can\u00a0seize your money and property, before you have pleaded\u00a0guilty or not guilty to a Judge, and before making a phone call, for an\u00a0Attorney.<\/p>\n
Today you are Guilty, before you are anything else.<\/p>\n
The U.S.\u00a0Supreme court decided it is OK, for the government to bust your door down in the middle of the night,<\/p>\n
and they do,\u00a0sometimes\u00a0the wrong door, and\u00a0people die.<\/p>\n
If the government breaks my door down in the middle of the night,<\/p>\n
