The Religion of Science is Skepticism.

If I make any mistakes, I will admit them, correct them, learn from them, and grow forward.

You can not change existing proven science, without scientific proof.

- That is three of the most important factors in science -

- Mankind can go backwards as science goes forward -

I have many things yet to post on this site, so please bear with me, I have to much to say and not enough time to do it in.

If I wait till this book is finished, it may be too late, so I must share it, as I learn to write it.

This is a living breathing book, I am writing every day.

I have removed all the dry sarcastic humor — well, almost all, I think.

So instead of being funny, it’s fanatic to some, and sobering to others.

If I step on any toes, cowboy up, (put up or shut up) let’s see the proof.

I am well on my way to proving there is no proof carbon dioxide causes Global Warming, or climate change, something I and millions have always known.

I can prove carbon dioxide is (still) a refrigerant at any temperature and pressure, always has been and always will be, and carbon based oxygen (CO2) is (still) the bases of all carbon based life and energy, on this planet, always has been and always will be, and there is to little  CO2 to have any effect on climate, and most of the CO2 (still) comes from the planet, just as it has for the last 4.6 billion years, (not mankind), and we need more CO2 not less CO2, for a greener healthier planet, and to continue, all carbon based life and energy.

- I can and will prove it in a court of Law -

The smartest scientist I know in my life time, is Allan E. Walter, my Helena High School Class of 1974 Automotive Science Teacher, and Friend.

I then schooled at the Ford Motor Co. Pico Rivera Training Center, in Pico Rivera California.

Then Passed, The State of California exam, licensed in testing and certification of emission controls, at age 19.

I then schooled at The Chrysler Training Center in Fullerton California, learning Computer Science, and Fuel/Emission control systems,

and then at The General Motors Tech Training Center in Burbank California, learning Computerized Fuel/Emission controls and Satellite Communication, in 1977.

With continued education and training for the last 32 years, in automotive computer science and emission controls.

I have evaluated education programs in this science.

I am the owner operator of Auto Tech in Helena Montana, since may of 1983.

I love my wife, my children, and all my family and friends, Buster, Hemi, and Nitro Turbo Gunther, Montana and the U.S.A., the World and the Universe.

I have a lot of problems with the – corporation – special interest group - controlled – federal government and media, but who or what doesn’t.

I am impressed with our new, President Barack Obama, it’s about time we had an constitutional professor as president, I can only hope President Obama follows through with an investigation into climate science, as he stated he would do so.

Most of my earth-science history is from forty-plus years of National Geographic Society Magazine and Channel, and I will include my letters from them, along with many other letters from government leaders, Doctors, and others, along with my professional certifications and licenses, if the child support Judge ever returns them to me, who denied me due proses and STOLE money from me to give it to the woman who abandoned the child I raised, who committed welfare fraud off and on for about seventeen years,  a thief, total drunk, drug addict, and pathological lair, who tried to kill me on three different occasions, and almost losing my home and business, thank you Judge Armstrong, who is hired off the streets, by a government agency, not elected to be a Judge, who answers to no one, to play god with peoples lives and property, she does as she wills, and thank you child support of Montana for your lack of over sight, and yes Dr. Emery, thank you for a very expensive, nothing, and so what if Donna drove around Helena with the kids in the back seat, drunk on her ass.

To  Mark  - Thank You Mark, you are by far one of the best Attorneys I have known, and I do mean that, and If  not for Harold Harrison we would have never met, and this has nothing to do with you.

Donna Walker owes me for eight years of support as does the State of Montana, but all I want is my personal property back, not admitted as evidence.

My professional Licenses and Certifications and all my awards going back through grade school, two for Outstanding Achievement in Good Citizenship, two Music Awards, one for Advanced Choir, my Gold Presidential Physical Fitness Award singed by the President, along with two other Physical Fitness Awards, my school safety committee award, my church Bible school certificate, my 8 or 10 appreciation awards from the Association of Montana Highway Patrolmen for the Montana Hope Project, and one from our local Law Enforcement, and a thank you card from then Sheriff Liedle, All of it, still, just sitting in the Judges office after many years. I have to go to the Judges office to make copies, so I bring my own copier, so the copies will be in color, with no valid reason to keep my personal property, other than she can, to prove her tyranny.

I do not own me, the government owns me. Child Support Enforcement has nothing to do with wellness for children or Justice or Rights or due proses of the Law.

Instead (it) hurt my child and our family. Sadly this is not uncommon, many responsible Fathers who can not afford an Attorney, who have and are going  through the same tyranny. It is no wonder, with Laws like the Patriot Act, so many of the best and brightest minds and people are leaving the U.S.A.

The government punishes responsible Fathers and rewards welfare Fraud, by UN-Elected Judges, appointed within the government, to deny do process and constitutional rights and representation, an unconstitutional court, of self determined law, there is no court, just an office, a phony court, conducted only by phone.

To be called a dead beat Dad by the government and my credit report, after over hearing, many times over, for many years, by sons childhood friends say, (Levi I wish I had a Dad like your Dad) Levi was the type of kid who would stay in class during recess, to finish his work, with no influence from anyone, he was a good kid and excellent student, until his mother came back into his life.

I am being punished for being the best I can be, not by a real Judge or real court of law, I am punished by someone paid by the government, to be a dictator of tyranny, where truth has no meaning, just a voice on the phone to punish me, for being the best Mother and Father I can be, but don’t believe me, ask the teachers at central school, or Nancy Sweeney, my friend from Helena High, our kids grew up together, Nancy was Levi’s cub scout master, or Les Morgan, or Nancy Zalutsky, or 1000 other people here in Helena Montana, who know for a (FACT) I raised my son.

Tyranny wins again.  So back to the phony court.

The Attorney representing the state at the phone hearing, was a new Attorney for the state, I no that because he was the same Attorney I spoke with months prior to the hearing, the Attorney had been employed by Baldassin & Associates, P.C. a law firm in Missoula Montana, that was crashing, and know that because I was licensed to sell legal insurance for Pre-Paid Legal services, Pre-paid legal services was paying the Law firm Baldassin & Associates 1.5 million dollars per month to service the policy holders in the state of Montana, soon there after a Billings Law Firm Edwards Law Center, P.C. was chosen to replace Baldassin & Associates, P.C.

I was required to provide my case documents for the hearing to the state seven days prior to the hearing, the state provided there documents to me one hour prior to the phone hearing, I had no time to review the states case, I was told prior to the hearing my sons mother would be at the phone hearing, she was not, every request I had made for discovery and subpoena prior to the hearing was denied, the social services documents I did have and submitted were denied and declared hearsay, and I was given advice from the investigator for the state, whom I ultimately did the investigation for, she told me to lie to the Judge, I did not lie to the voices on the phone.

The investigator did inform me, that my sons mother had two signatures, a drunk signature and an sober signature, I stated that fact at the phone hearing, the judge disallowed  that statement. Talking to my sons mother later, she stated to me she never singed a statement stating I owed her child support, of course she did, and can not remember, she does not remember trying to kill me three different times or being in a straight jacket at St Peters Hospital, or spending the night in jail another time.

My sons mother blacks out.

The investigator told me it was not her responsibility to check with other social service agencies for any records, that would have cleared up the matter, that it was my job to find that information.

(It did not matter to anyone, that my sons mother was committing welfare fraud once again)

I then Hired an Attorney, I told her I was denied do process of the law, she then laughed and said, child support enforcement is the definition of denial of do process, she then told me she had been working for the State of Montana as an Attorney in Bozeman Montana prior to going into private practice here in Helena Montana, then my appeal time expired, after nothing happened, I then fired Ms. Hunter, asked for a refund, she only charged me for our time on the phone to talk about life and the weather, she made one phone call on my behalf.

I then remembered something my social studies teacher told everyone in class one day, back in 1968.

“ we are becoming more like the soviet union, and the soviet union is becoming more like us”

So what if my life was trashed and destroyed by the voice on the phone, and the Attorney I hired did nothing over nine months.

My son was abandoned every time he was with his mother, and many times someone from Social Services would call me and ask me to come rescue my son again. The last time my son was abandoned by his mother, Social Services informed me, (If my son Levi was -not- living with me, he is then considered by the State of Montana an Runaway) and to contact our local Juvenile Judge, which I did. Donna Walker then again committed welfare fraud, then child support enforcement once again attacked me, my son was technically a runaway living with my sister, in Missoula Montana.

I was contacted by Child Support Enforcement, every time my sons mother was collecting welfare on my son from somewhere outside of Helena Montana, I would ask them to call Central School or Helena Middle School attendance office, that my son has been here in Helena Montana living with me, for many years, in fact we did not see Levi’s mother for many years, I have reported welfare fraud many times over seventeen years, and that is as far as it ever went, every time.

I have had the same mailing address here in Helena Montana since 1980, my son was born in 1985 here in Helena Montana, when my son was with his mother in first grade, my son changed schools six times, my sons mother did not want to go to court, she voluntarily turned custody of my son over to me, she had broken every stpulation in the custody agreement repeatedly, she new she would lose any case in a Real Court of Law.

With the exception of a few months of runaway time, and less than a years time with his mother, being abandoned every time, in fact most of that time he was  a runaway was with his Aunt Barbara, my sister in Missoula Montana, other wise my son was  always with me.

I raised my son from the age six, Levi was always in trouble when he was with his mother, he was the best kid in class when he was with me.

Judge Armstrong has broken her oath to the Law of the Land and We the People.

It is one thing to play the cards your dealt, it is an another to play against a staked deck.

I had to follow the Rule of Law, the state did not.

Your court Judge Armstrong is Cruelty, where the truth can not be Heard, your court is an insult to the Founders of this country.

A Real Judge in a Real Court of Law would have probably thrown the states case out, for conflict of interest and failure to comply with the law, and I would still own, my own personal private property.

Instead I am Guilty, and not permitted to prove my innocence, and then Lives are Destroyed.

I think Laws need to be changed , not people.

Your justice, child support Judge Armstrong, is based on numbers on a computer screen, that were so flawed, the investigator used my numbers, but incorrectly, and missing,  was very important information from other Social Service agencies.

I am not!  a deadbeat Dad! call my son Levi, who is about to give me my first Grand child, my first Grand son.

Righting our wrongs is human, not righting our wrongs, is not Human, and is why we have separation of powers in government, so the abuse of power would not occur, but will occur when government agencies are granted the same powers without separation of power.

Your court Judge Armstrong is unconstitutional, and you have abused your power and authority.

I will write a book about my seventeen year war with Child Support Enforcement, there incompetence and abuse of power and authority, do to no separation of powers.

Public servants within a government agency within a government agency with in a government agency, granted more power and authority than Chief Justice of the State of Montana Supreme Court, Un-elected, with out oversight, causing Lives to be Destroyed from a voice on the phone.

A voice on the phone does not have to see the face of the life it unjustly destroyed.

I was harassed by child support enforcement for seventeen years, because the right hand of Social Services has no clue there is a left hand, maybe from very poor quality computer systems over many years. Who knows ? My Mother worked for SRS years ago, my Dad worked for the city of Helena for many years, I have studied constitutional history and law since 1980, I was a cub scout and a boy scout, I have helped everyone I can, I love Montana and everyone who can stand to be around me, and one thing is certain, there is a very serious brake down in sharing of information in the many agencies of Social Services, which I was prevented of proving.

How does taking someones drivers licence away, causing them to lose there job, causing them to go on some kind of welfare, allow you to collect child support from the person raising the child?

If and when I can, I will file a Motion in a real court law against Social Services of the state of Montana, for my personal property held by Judge Armstrong.

I will forward this statement to all heads of state and my state representatives.

Many of the very best Attorneys in the state Montana agree, I was denied do process of the Law, every step of the way.

My son Levi has made many mistakes between the age 16 and 22, and has learned from them, and once again, he is growing forward.

I am very proud of my son Levi, he has turned in to a very responsible Man.

I can prove my statements in or out of a court of law.

Assembly line courts with in a government agency, with in a government agency, with in a government agency, do not work!

This not a reflection on the Real Courts.

Law is not a computer screen, Law is a community.

Law should not be a stone wall buried in government agency.

A Judge and a court of law is to prevent tyranny, not cause tyranny, even a Kangaroo Court (IRS) Judge owned by the Federal Reserve Bank has a face, before it puts you in debtors Prison or destroys your life in every way, unjustly.

Maybe we should let corporation collection agencies have there own courts and Judges and prisons too, with more power than a real Judge in a real court of law.

Back to Science

I believe in free speech, so I will be self published. I do not wear gloves, and have no plans of putting them on.

I am a Dyslexic poet, challenged with-writing. I am not writing for fame or fortune, I am writing to expose the truth.

We are being lied to by the media and government, (of course there is nothing new about that) entities have no conscience, mind, heart, spirit or soul, just like computers and corporations, they are things not life.

It will be very interesting to see how the media and government things, dig their way out of the hole they have dug with unproven science.

It is time to stop blaming mankind for something mankind did not do. Yes we have global warming – again – but the cause is not me and you.

To everyone and everything, I have to say everything too — Computer weather predictions are responsible for the hypothesis that carbon dioxide causes global warming. Of course the computers will never read this. I just put that part in for humans.

I am not writing to or for scientist, I am writing to the 99 percent of the population who know little to nothing of all fields of science.

If you read this material and do not understand it, then you can not have an opinion on global warming, based only on hearsay.

I have had many grade school level science questions, by those who claim to know science, questions they should already know the answers to.

Every work day of my life for the past thirty four years involves -all- fields of science.

I measure carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons and oxygen levels every day.

In 1976, I was licensed by the state of California to test, inspect, adjust, repair, and certify emission control systems.

I have many certifications in emission control systems and computer science in my field of study, and continue my learning process everyday.

I have a clear understanding of science in general. Most people have little understanding of any science, so science for most people is only hearsay.

99.97% of the atmosphere will determine the temperature of the 00.01% carbon and 00.02 dioxide (oxygen) bonded together by heat.

The first atmosphere on this planet was all carbon dioxide.

Now carbon dioxide is measured in parts per million.

Carbon dioxide is not even 1% of the air,

Carbon dioxide is not even 1/10th of 1% of the air,

Carbon dioxide is only 3/100 of 1% of the air or 00.038% of the air,

380 carbon atoms of every million parts of the air, for all plant and tree life on this planet to breathe to exist.

The plants and trees over the last five hundred million years have absorbed the carbon from carbon dioxide, making oxygen (dioxide) causing new carbon base life on this planet.

With ever changing volcanic activity to provide ever changing carbon dioxide levels.

Carbon dioxide is now the smallest fraction of the air, and is responsible for all carbon base life on this planet, above sea level for the last five hundred million years.

All carbon base life will end on this planet when volcanoes stop producing carbon dioxide into the ocean and the atmosphere.

When the core of this planet was much hotter and covered in Ice for one hundred million years, the air was – all – carbon dioxide, with no Global Warming.

If you do not understand science, and have no real background in science, you cannot simply believe in hearsay science, that is faith, not science or truth.

Unproven theory is not fact, it is only hypothesis.

Today, proven science fact is completely and totally rejected by the Media and Government. Why? Money and Greed ?  corporations own the media and the government? is it all bought and paid for, all a big show, for distraction, from proven science fact, or maybe it is the fact most people would fail a fifth grade science test, I think it is both.

It is a proven hard scientific fact, for many, many years, that carbon dioxide is:

1) The byproduct of energy and heat, inside and outside the human body

2) One of the primary causes of all carbon base life and energy

3) A refrigerant at any temperature or pressure, discovered in 1835, patented in 1924.

And then some snake oil salesman comes along, who knows nothing about science, and convinces everyone who also know nothing about science, that his snake oil does exactly the opposite of what it really does.

Trying to sell someone like me, going on forty years of science, that carbon dioxide causes Global Warming, is like telling your English professor it is wrong to dot your i’s and cross your t’s.

There are many scientist today who do not require proof for their science, who in fact have ignored completely, existing proven science fact, and do not agree with scientist who require proof for fact.

If you choose only to believe the unproven science, You are not a scientist, you are only the follower of a new religion, and anything I say or write, will not matter.

Proven Science Fact -vs- unproven science belief, that co2 is garbage, poison and pollution.

I have to go with the Proven Science Fact, but you will not see or read about science fact, only hearsay with zero science fact, as said or written by the media or government, you never see or read anything written by a real scientist, not paid by the media or government, I think in the last year I have read only one article written by a real scientist, in the paper I read everyday, and the same for TV news, Zero Proven Science Fact of any kind, only rumor and hearsay.

Yes there is continuous Climate change, for the last 4.6 billion years, no it is not caused by carbon base oxygen, from carbon base life.

well Al,  you worry about warming, me, I hope my water pipes don’t freeze,

I am freezing my butt off here in Helena,

I would rather live in a Green House than an Igloo, Ice Ages kill more life than global warming could or would or ever will,

so the warmer it is here in Helena Montana, the less co2 we put in to the air,

did you know that most of the energy used here in Montana is for heating our homes, most people I know, spend more money to heat there home than to pay for it.

In the last ice age of many ice ages, Montana was under very thick Ice, mankind was living on the ocean cost, many miles further away, because the ocean was much lower than today.

In 2007 the tribesman of the Gobi Desert witnessed snow for the first time ever in their history, it snowed in Las Vegas Nevada that year, 1999 was a record cold year in Alaska.

Dec. 5, 2009 is a record cold day, since 1897 in Texas, with snow on the ground and no snow removal equipment, because it never snows in Huston Texas, maybe it will snow in Tennessee and then you can pay more in energy taxes, to stay warm during global warming.

Back in the 1890s we had record hot and cold temperatures, just as we did in the 1930s, and the late 1940′s, I remember record cold temperatures in Montana in the 1970s, in the winter of 1973 it was 40 below zero for about three weeks.

Dec. 8 2009 here in Helena it was 20 below zero, 52 degrees below freezing, cars will not start, people are freezing to death, 20 below to 30 below zero is normal winter temperature every year here in Helena, at the same time it is 135 degrees above zero somewhere else.

It is so cold here we can only grow food, if we are lucky, for about six months a year.

So the further away I live from the equator, the more I will be penalized in energy taxes, to stay warm enough to survive Global Warming, sounds unfair to me, so if I move to the equator, I will pay no energy taxes, it will cost me nothing to be warm, and I can grow food everyday of the year, sounds good to me, when is the next bus to Ecuador.

That is a geographical Tax, taxing us more, for living in cooler climate, during Global Warming.

I hope it is a degree warmer this winter, then it will only be -39 below zero instead of -40 below zero, that is only 71 degrees below freezing instead of 72 degrees below freezing, did you know it was much warmer 800 years ago in Montana, than it is today, we had California weather here in Helena Montana back then.

The warmer the air in Montana, the less life giving CO2 we add to the air, and the less money we all have to give you and the government in the energy Cap and Trade Tax scam, taxing us for staying warm, so we do not freeze to death during Global Warming.

I am praying for warmer climate in Helena Montana, Global warming will save me a lot of money, and my back from chopping wood, and shovelling snow, and you still win Al Gore, because we will reduce CO2 emissions, because it will be warmer and I will use far less energy, to heat my home.

It is self fulfilling, the warmer it is , the less energy we use, and less co2 we put into the air.

- CO2 levels will continue to rise from warmer air, from warmer sun activity, reaching the lower atmosphere, causing increased evaporation of ocean, containing 70 times the CO2 than the atmosphere, causing a greener planet and healthier atmosphere, like many times before -

Al Gore, you are a political scientist and of course your science fiction is far from real, you are not a real scientist, and your science is exactly backwards, but before You can prove CO2 causes warming, you will first have to prove CO2 is no longer a refrigerant, but of course that will be impossible to do, because CO2 is still a refrigerant, and a hypothesis based on computer weather prediction is not a real hypothesis, did you tell your computers CO2 is a proven refrigerant, or the cause of all carbon based life.

Your Ducks are all in a row, but upside down, and pointed in the wrong direction,

CO2 can not cause global warming, global warming causes higher levels of CO2, along with everything else dumped in to the ocean, but I do not think the forty thousand people who will stave to death today care, maybe we will all die today from a volcano, and then we will not have to worry about the forty thousand people who are starving to death today.

maybe we should save, not just polar bears, but starving human babies too.

Many over age Polar Bears are going to die this year, and only twenty five thousand children are going to starve to death just today, that is only nine million, one hundred twenty five thousand, children starving to death every year, of course the polar bears survived when the ocean was twenty feet higher one hundred thirty five thousand years ago.

So we are going to fix global warming, even if we can not stop 25,000 starving human babies and children from death from hunger today, or any day, every day, that is half as many humans that would die, every day, from a nuclear explosion, sixty years ago, every day.

So what happens after there is no carbon dioxide in the air, and all the plants and trees die, and we no longer have a source for food and oxygen, but we still have global Warming.

Even If carbon dioxide did cause Global Warming, I would live with warmer air over no carbon base food to eat and no dioxide to breathe.

More and more scientists are jumping off the Al Gore bandwagon everyday, by proven science fact, and the fact there is no proof carbon dioxide causes warming.

The core of this planet has been cooling for billions of years and is running out of steam, there is far less volcanic activity today, than over the last four billion plus years, and as the planet cools, the sun becomes brighter and warmer everyday, till one day it vaporizes the earth.

Carbon dioxide levels are at there lowest level of the last four billion plus years, this planet has gone from (100.00%) to (000.03%) carbon base oxygen in the air, to to start, cause, and support all carbon based life on this planet, for the last 500 million plus years.

This planet has had very severe global warming and cooling periods for billions of years, and will continue for billions more, with or without, carbon based life, when carbon based oxygen, CO and CO2 (carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide) levels increase, so do oxygen (O) monoxide and (O2) dioxide and (O3) trioxide, ozone, heavy oxygen.

Yes mankind could effect climate, with a nuclear winter, but not with carbon based oxygen, the cause of all carbon based life.

Carbon is not pollution and poison, carbon is the foundation for all life and energy.

Science is proof before Faith, Religion is Faith before proof.

Mr. Vice President Al Gore, I can prove in a court of law, that you do not know what your talking about, CO2 absorbs heat, then cools to the temperature of the surrounding air, it can not store heat, proven, over and over again and again, for the last 38 years, through every E.G.R. valve on every car on the road since the 1970′s.

CO2 is still dry ice, from -110 degrees and colder to +4500 degrees and hotter, and is still the cause of all carbon base life, and is only 00.03% of the air, and most of the carbon dioxide still comes from the ocean, and then from all the lungs on this planet, and then from all the cars and power plants too, mankind is a drop in the bucket of CO2.

Carbon based oxygen (dry ice) was patented in 1924, discovered in 1835,

There is only one thing missing from your science Mr. Gore, The Proof,  You claim to know science, then ignore 175 years proven science, then change from global warming to climate change, because we have had no warming for 11 years and only cooling for the last 7 years, with the exception of one year, as CO2 levels only rise, and yes the glaciers are still melting, as they have been for the last 14,000 years, like many times before.

I see no creditable theory, or logical hypotheses,

the Media just accepts everything the U.N. and the government says.

$25,000.00 Reward, For the Proof, the cause of (all) life on this planet, is the cause of (all) climate change, too.

I hope all is well for you and the family, I know you are a very busy man, I know the odds of you reading this is very slim, I can only hope this one gets through, and if it does, I only hope you will understand what I have said.

All branches of the United States government, President Barack Obama, the George Bush White House, all U.S. senators, many U.S. House Representatives, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

To many major newspapers and T.V. news media.

To Mr. Steven Running and other university science professors,

and all science research web sites and all web sites taking donations that I have found and continue to find, 

including, Jim Hansen, NASA, The IPPC, Greenpeace, The Sierra Club, Nobel Peace Prize, and so on, about 2800 requests for the proof,

and guess what? I have had very few responses, and no claim of evidence of proof, from anyone of any kind, beyond hearsay evidence.

I guess no one wanted a million dollars, or no one had any proof of any kind, that carbon dioxide causes global warming.

The only creditable response, was from a group of 32,000 Doctors and PhD’s who disagree with the non-existing evidence, that carbon dioxide causes global warming.

And many positive personal responses, via – U.S. mail, and in person, thank you.

No I do not have a million dollars in my back pocket, but I have already seen the game played many times, it is like betting on a football game you have already seen three times, so you know who is going to win, and if I had one million dollars in my back pocket, the reward offer would stand, but for those who think I was deceptive, I own a Lead, silver, and Gold Mine in the heart of Montana gold country, it has not been mined since the end of World War II, and I could probably convince 32,000 colleagues who have signed a petition stating they do not agree with the unproven science, to donate $31.25 each, for a reward trust fund, to go to proof in science education.   

P.S. the next time someone tells you carbon dioxide causes global warming, do me a big favor, ask them to prove it.

Thank You for responding to the proven science evidence I sent you that carbon dioxide is a refrigerant.

I find it interesting that even as you call me a skeptic on your science on global warming, you fail to provide any proof of any kind that carbon dioxide causes Global Warming.

How can I not be a skeptic when, after two plus years of requesting proof from the media and our government Leaders and Representatives, I have yet to see any kind of proof at all, whatsoever.

So yes I am a proud skeptic, as are tens of thousands of the very best scientists, and the millions of us out here who have worked with emission controls for the last thirty six years, who know from proven science that carbon dioxide is a refrigerant. But once again proven science is being rejected, by those who know nothing about science.

Sen. Jon Tester, this is a formal request for the proven science that carbon dioxide causes Global Warming, then you will put my skepticism to rest.

I, Bruce Kershaw of Helena Montana, challenge the Independent Record newspaper, Al Gore and Steven Running to a mock court trial on whether CO2 can cause extreme cooling or warming.

Maybe the city of Helena would donate the civic center. Perhaps a local judge with more than three years of experience would donate their time. Maybe Karla Gray would be interested. You could ask Steven Running, who has yet to respond to the evidence I sent him twice over the last year to join us, maybe Al Gore would like to defend his Hypothesis and represent the paper. You could charge a small fee to any one who would like to watch and donate the funds to Water Works, they provide water wells in third world countries.

The first life giving atmosphere on Earth, for over four billion years, was all carbon dioxide, one part carbon and two parts oxygen, as a direct result of volcanic activity, carbon dioxide is the cause of all plant life below and later above sea level.

The dioxide we breathe (O2) comes from carbon dioxide, the carbon we eat, comes from carbon dioxide, one part carbon, two parts oxygen. It is recycled carbon and oxygen ( CO2 ), the plants and trees absorb the carbon, to be food for us to eat, leaving us the dioxide to breathe. We exhale carbon and dioxide, (CO2) one carbon atom with dioxide, (two oxygen atoms together).

I can prove, far beyond overwhelming certainty, that science has known, more than 100 years , carbon and oxygen together, (CO2) is a refrigerant at any temperature and causes extreme cooling, and with out carbon dioxide, carbon and oxygen, (CO2), there would be no life on this planet.

Mr. Steven Running, your public statements in the Independent Record Feb. 4, 2009 are false, Mr. Running, you have yet to provide any solid, hard scientific evidence or proof, of any kind, that carbon and oxygen together, cause global warming.

Mr. Running, you stated the cycles of the sun have no climatic effects, are you unaware of the multitude of fifty year long studies, out of the last two hundred years of studies, of the sun, do you deny the science evidence.

Our star the sun, (hydrogen atoms colliding, so hard and fast, causing light, while converting to helium), is getting brighter and warmer, every day, till one day it vaporizes the earth.

 we know from over fifty years of study, the sun continues an eleven year cycle, and with the earths changing orbit cycle, the earth can be three million miles closer or further from the sun, now add the wobble of the earth axis, causing a continuing change in the earth’s poles, causing ever changing ice caps, with all the above, causing ever changing weather patterns for billions of years, now add earths magnetic field, the moon, volcanoes, the oceans, the ozone, the clouds, and asteroids, all effecting evaporation fluctuation and climate change. 

Mr. Running, you stated, the denial of your science is no different than the tobacco companies denying cancer, So why, Mr. Running, would The Doctors for Disaster Preparedness and The Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons, plot a conspiracy against your science, or the 32,000 individual Doctors and PhDs who signed a petition stating your science is flawed ? 

- I would not use the word consensus.

Frederick Seitz, the Past President of The National Academy of Sciences, disagreed with you before passing away in 2008. So why, Mr. Running, are the best of the best scientists stating your unproven science is flawed ?

Every professional scientist I have spoken with in the last two years, disagrees with you, the only people I know of that agree with you, have no science background, or are paid by the government or corporate special interest groups or lobbyists.

Mr. Running, you stated that you firmly believe humans are responsible for global warming, so where is the proof ? Firmly Believe is not evidence or proof, Firmly Believe is faith and religion.

Mr. Running, you stated carbon dioxide, carbon and oxygen together, (CO2) is garbage. so is it the carbon part, that plants and trees absorb from CO2, that becomes our food for our carbon base bodies, or the dioxide, two oxygen atoms from CO2, we all breathe, the garbage? Or are You denying, plants and trees absorb the carbon from CO2, or the human body is a carbon base, or the human body needs dioxide (O2) to breathe, (two oxygen atoms together). Both are by products of CO2. and for the last 100 plus years, pure carbon dioxide, has been Dry Ice at any and all temperatures, when solid, liquid or a gas.  

Mr. Running, your Hypothesis and your prediction machine has been proven to be false and untrue. You are wrong Mr. Running, and there is no conspiracy against your science, your science is going through a transition, from a media / government psychic consensus, to a real scientific consensus, your science is bad science, your hypothesis and non-existing evidence has been proven with hard science, to simply, be wrong, before you even started your computer hypothesis.

And by the way, Mr. Running, the Pine Beetles have been here in Montana for over 14,000 years, and this is not the first pine beetle epidemic, and Montana already has lots of cactus and sagebrush, Montana is a high desert, normal weather in Helena Montana, 800 years ago, was northern California weather.

And yes, Mr. Running, walking to work is a good idea, walking ten to twenty miles to work and home every day, with the children and groceries, in -20 degree weather will help reduce the number of people exhaling carbon dioxide.

Only about ten to twelve percent of us on the planet drive cars, most of us drive, less than one hour a day, but we all exhale carbon dioxide, twenty four/seven, for about seventy years, so you will be very happy to know Mr. Running that two thirds of all the woman on this planet walk up to five hours every single day of their life, just to retrieve what I hope is clean drinking water, to keep her family alive, and then there is the forty thousand humans who die of starvation every day. Now that will help you reduce human caused carbon dioxide.

Mr. Running did you know that all the lungs on this planet, produce more carbon dioxide than all the cars? only 12% of us drive cars, for 1 hour a day or less.

And funding, Mr. Running? You are very well funded, I am funded by nothing. I am a one man show, no one is helping me in any way. I represent science, Mr. Running, what do you represent?

Yes, our planet Earth is warmer at night as it it is cooler during the day, with an atmosphere, than it is with out an atmosphere, that is true with any planet, and CO2 is to little of the atmosphere to contribute warming or cooling. If there was no atmosphere, it could be – 200 degrees below zero at night and + 200 degrees all day.

Mr. Running, you teach ecology, but you have failed physics, chemistry, biology, atmospheric science and earth science history, but you firmly believe Mr. Running, in something you can not prove, maybe you should teach faith and religion, rather than science.

There is no faith in science, only facts. I do not believe you are wrong Mr. Running, I have facts not faith, to prove you wrong.

I am all green Mr. Running, I cannot wait to own an electric car, and make electricity from the sun, and stop sending money to countries that sponsor hate and terrorism, or to the energy companies that take, more than their fair share.

Mr. Running, your faith and wish in saving this planet would destroy the foundation for all life on this planet.

When the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to Yasser Arafat, a Terrorist responsible for the death of tens of thousands if not millions of human beings, the award became meaningless, and nothing more than a political statement. You are a political statement Mr. Running.

I must challenge your faith Mr. Running, for you have no real science to challenge.

Mr. Running, for you to succeed, with your unproven theory, by removing all the carbon dioxide from the air, every living thing on this planet would die.

Today, the media and government, have no real science or real truth on Global Warming, it is psychic science, based only on money, politics and faith, at the same time very large numbers of doctors and scientist, are waving their arms, jumping up and down, yelling and screaming at the top of their lungs, wait a minute, we have no proven science yet! that carbon and oxygen together can cause warming, but we do have eighty year old proven, hard science evidence, and forty year old proven, hard science evidence, that carbon and oxygen together causes extreme cooling. While at the same time, governments are legislating and passing new laws based on psychic Ouija board science, completely Ignoring the voices of tens of thousands of the best scientist, with proven science fact, and history, showing carbon dioxide causes life and cooling.

You know you are in big trouble, when legislators, who would fail a fifth grade science exam, are passing new laws, based only on hearsay and rumor.

I can roll the dice all day long till I get the desired results, and do the same with a computer, or computer model. Manipulated information going in, and manipulated prediction coming out.

So far the predictions have been wrong. A prediction from a computer is not hard science and proves nothing, it is nothing more than a guess and a prediction.

In the last ten years, we have had no increase in warming, and in the last six years, we have had an increase in cooling, proven by many studies, and yes the glaishers are still melting, they have been melting for fourteen thousand plus years, not forty years.

CO2 has been a natural substance in the air for over four billion plus years, with out it, there would be no life on this planet. Calling CO2 pollution is like calling sunlight or water or dioxide (two oxygen atoms) pollution, and the more efficiently you burn fuel, the more CO2 you produce, that is how we have measured fuel efficiency for the last forty plus years. The more efficiently the human body can breathe dioxide, the higher level of carbon dioxide the lungs produce, so plants and trees can breathe, and turn it back in to dioxide for us to breathe, again, and again and again and again. The dioxide we breathe comes from recycled CO2, one part carbon and two parts oxygen. That is called energy balance.

Today the air is 78 percent nitrogen, (nitrogen is a refrigerant), twenty one percent O2 (dioxide) two oxygen atoms, oxygen is a by product of CO2, that allows the release of energy in side and out side the human body, and then the dioxide transforms back to carbon dioxide, CO2 is only one one-hundredth to four one-hundreds of one percent of the air, CO2 is a refrigerant, and is the by product of heat. CO2 is the reason we have (o2) two oxygen atoms together (dioxide). one part carbon – two parts oxygen. dioxide and carbon dioxide is in a continuous recycling processes, of all life and energy.

We know after many years of many studies, there is no connection between air temperature and CO2 causing warming. In fact, earth science history shows us, a direct connection to increased, and healthier plant growth, when carbon dioxide levels are higher, Documented in the – Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons- volume 12, number- 3 – fall- 2007- 79-90. www.jpands.org

We know from real science, it was warmer 800 years ago than today, just prior to a little ice age, we are still coming out of, even today.

The ocean was three hundred and fifty feet lower, twenty four thousand years ago, and twenty feet higher, one hundred and thirty five thousand years ago. In between the last eight ice ages, there has been global warming cycles, much warmer than today.

Over the last twelve months, I have asked many politicians, and media, to send me their evidence, carbon and oxygen together, CO2, carbon dioxide, causes warming. I have had two responses,

The first response stated:

“As you may know, the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (un ipcc) released a report in February 2007 stating with (over 90% certainty) that Climate Change is caused by human action.”

The second of only two responses:

“While much legislation is introduced and supported on hearsay, there is a large body of peer-reviewed publications that the ( claim ) that atmospheric concentrations of greenhouse gases are causing global warming and subsequently climate change.”

There is no such thing as 90% certainty.

Hearsay and claim is not scientific evidence.

A lecture or opinion is not proven scientific data.

I guess that means they have no real science evidence or proof, of any kind, and only human action, can cause global warming ?

The first response, was from U.S. Senator of Montana Max Baucus, and the second response from Montana state house representative Mike Phillips of Bozeman. Two replies, out of fifty plus requests, from the government, and no responses from the media or Al Gore and Steven Running.

Well there it is, the governments evidence, the media evidence and Mr. Al Gore and Steven Running evidence, that carbon and oxygen bonded together causes warming, no proven science evidence of any kind. There are millions of people waiting to see proven science evidence, where is it?

A local politician I talked to, about two or three weeks ago said, there is two sides to every story, and as Ed turned and walked away from me, I told him the Independent Record only prints their side of the story. The side they only wish to believe. But he already made up his mind, with out proven scientific evidence, all he needed, is hearsay.

When Media provides, only one political perspective, of many, on one subject matter, is not simply bias, it is by political definition, fascist.

To purposely withhold proven science fact from the public, to further impose their own personal false belief, of unproven science, is not only irresponsible, it is fraudulent, and the very same can be said about government, religion and corporations.

An unproved Theory is only a Hypothesis, not a consensus, and a computer model prediction, is as reliable as a Ouija board, Today 31,000 scientists do not accept the fuzzy science of Human caused Global Warming, Nature is the cause of Global Warming, not mankind.

CO2 causing extreme cooling is not a theory, It is a proven fact since 1832 and a re-proven fact about 1972, and will be a proven fact once again for the third time soon.

 How many times must we re-learn the same lesson, why must history keep repeating itself ? So once again we have forgotten proven science fact.

Any hospital lab technician on this planet for the last thirty plus years, can tell you , CO2 turns under ground water to ACID, we already pump CO2 in to the ground and have already turned underground water to – ACID- we have been doing it for many years, but, do to media/government hype, we have a new industry up and running based on unproven Ouija Board science.

 Profits and greed take the place of common sense.

- If – CO2 finds its way into natural gas reserves, it would only take a small percentage of CO2 in a well, and the gas will not burn.

About eighty years ago scientists discovered CO2 is a refrigerant, we call it -Dry Ice-

About forty years ago automotive scientists discovered CO2 is a refrigerant at any temperature, and lowers the explosion temperature five hundred degrees in your cars engine, to reduce the amount of (nox) Oxides of nitrogen from the tail pipes of our cars, in order to meet EPA emission standards set back in the early 1970′s, still very strictly enforced today.

Today the government is (still) spending billions of dollars on, unlocking the secret to, pure CO2, Dry Ice, causing warming, (it is still unproven)

Maybe someone should tell the government scientists that Dry Ice, pure CO2, carbon and oxygen together, is (still) a refrigerant, and our bodies and the food we eat, is from in the carbon in CO2, Plants and trees get the carbon, we get the dioxide (two oxygen atoms), and then we get to eat the plants, and build homes, with the trees, or burn the trees for heat, making more CO2 so plants and trees can breathe again, leaving once again, dioxide for us humans, exhaling CO2, carbon and oxygen together, so plants and trees can breathe once again. That is recycling life and energy. -The Truth Shall Set Thee Free-

Today science is to specialized, to many scientist today, do not have a good clear understanding of all science fields in general, or past forgotten science. My guess is, most people including politicians and media would fail a fifth grade science exam. If you do not have a clear understanding of all science fields, you will never have a clear understanding of Dry Ice, pure CO2, carbon and oxygen together.

Political scientists believe we have had climate change for forty years, Real scientists know we have had very severe climate change for the last four billion plus years.

Legislation based only on Hypothesis, is not foolish, It is complete total stupidity, but removing two natural elements, that plants and trees and humans require for life, goes far beyond complete total stupidity.

Not going forward with power generation in Montana, would be a very serious mistake, you do not have to pump CO2 into the ground to clean the exhaust from power generators, Any and all fuels that require oxygen to burn, produce CO2, so regardless of what you are burning or believe about CO2, you can do what nature is already doing, you use water filtration, like a water treatment plant and save money, and use the nitrogen and carbon to in rich nitrogen/carbon compound depleted farm soil, that we grow our carbon base food on, for our carbon base bodies, and you do not turn underground drinking water in to ACID, or make natural gas un-flammable.

In 1890 Helena Montana was the richest city per capita, on earth. One of the oldest power grids on the planet, came from a dam, outside, Helena.

Helena was one of the first cities on the planet with electricity. Montana could be The Energy Capital of America.

Maybe Helena Montana should be the first city and state in the world to declare, CO2 is still a refrigerant, and carbon dioxide is required for life to exist on this planet.

We do not need to save this planet from mankind, we need to save mankind from himself.

This warming cycle began fourteen thousand years ago, not forty years ago, along with many (Little Ice Ages) and (Mini Ice Ages), and a computer model of climate change is only Hypothetical Conjecture, a ( guess ), and nothing more than a meteorological prognostication a (prediction).

If I Told You, I have a computer study of what would happen if we jumped over a cliff together, and you can not see over the cliff, and my computer model says it is only a two foot drop, and I tell you, I am over 90% certain, in my mind, that it is true, would you jump over the cliff with me ?

Yes, we have climate change, No, it is not caused by Dry Ice, pure CO2.

- We have had a lynching , with out a trial, with no proven evidence -

and the reason the Independent Record, or any media or government, does not print the evidence, that dry Ice pure CO2 causes warming ? Because the only evidence, proves, Dry Ice, pure CO2 causes cooling.

This is a formal request to the Independent Record, and the government, or anyone, to publish their scientific proof, that would be required for, and to defend legislation in or out of a court of law, that Dry Ice causes warming. If the government has no evidence, then it has no legal base to legislate from.

 - Al Gore said so – is not scientific evidence.

For human Life to continue on this Planet, we need – sunlight – water- carbon - dioxide. The human body is – water and carbon and dioxide, we drink the water, eat the carbon, and inhale the dioxide, then exhale dioxide and carbon dioxide together, then plants and trees absorb the carbon again, to be carbon base food to eat for our carbon base bodies, leaving dioxide for carbon base life to inhale. The cycle of all life and energy.

The Laws of man are ever changing, The Laws of science never change, Mankind can only grow, to better understand the science.

With no proven science evidence, co2 causes warming, there is no fact, or truth, only belief and disagreement.

Legislation Based on hearsay is not Law, it is criminal, and a waste of taxpayer legislative time and money.

Removing carbon dioxide, will not, improve the environment, it will, damage the environment, but only for life, and the living.

This planet knows not, we are here, and will never know not, when we are gone, and sadly, the bottom line, is only profit and greed.

The greatest success, come from the greatest failures, but only, if you can grow, from the failure.

The ocean will rise again, twenty and more plus feet, just like it has, many times before. 

To base science, and life, on computer prediction is Lunacy,

that is Ouija Board/Slot Machine science,

The first thing we need to do is open a very large window, next we need to gather up all proven facts of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Atmospheric Science and the undisputed hard science evidence from the last two hundred years, and throw it all out the window.

Now, gather all the earth science history of CO2 and ocean levels we know of  from the last four billion years, and throw it all out the window too.

Now close the window and forget it ever existed.

Now, go to a computer and print off a copy of a chart showing temperatures and CO2 levels for the last forty years of the last four billion years, and then completely ignoring all human generated studies on Global Warming, go to the media and tell the world you just completed a computer study, a ( Hypothetical-Conjecture ) a ( guess ) on global Warming, and CO2 is the cause, and we are all going to die, and the world is going to end,  (( VERY ))  soon.

But wait,  CO2 causes extreme cooling, for the last 175 years pure CO2 has been an refrigerant and dry ice. For the last 38  years,  we have put 3000 degree CO2, back in to running internal combustion engines from the car exhaust, to lower the explosion temperature five hundred degrees to lower ( NOX ) coming out the tail pipe of your car, in order to meet government mandated EPA standards, still, strictly enforced today, since the early 1970′s, and used in fire extinguishers, not only to put out the fire, but to remove the heat from the fire.  

We add it to greenhouses to make plants and trees grow healthier and stronger to be food, and make oxygen for us to breathe.  We have been measuring fuel efficiency  with  CO2 for over forty  years. The higher the efficiency, the higher the CO2 level. 

- If –  CO2 could cause warming, there is simply too little of it to do anything, it is only one one hundredth to four one hundredths of one percent of the air, if the atmosphere was a football field, CO2 would be a kite string stretched out on the fifty yard line, it would be like heating Al Gore’s entire house with a candle or a  match.

Plants and trees need CO2 to live.

So anyway,  start a company that will be the Enron of carbon credits and convince the world you can  SAVE  THE  WORLD  by charging money to entities or people who produce CO2. Then give some of the money to entities and people who produce less CO2 and then keep some of the money for yourself.

Now fly all around the world in a jet and  tell the world the oceans are warming and expanding, and we are all going to drown, or die from drought, soon. 

But wait!  Water expands when you freeze it, when  water is warmed it disappears, it evaporates into the air, then condenses and then, you have a lot of thunder and lightning and rain, with ice and snow everywhere.

 -That is fifth grade science- 

So any way,  you will be paid a lot of money to convince others they should give you a lot more money in order to save the planet and our lives from Global Warming.

Now fly home for the weekend in your jet, get in to your new hybrid SUV, ( you will have to drive it about five years, just to offset the carbon produced to build it. )  Now go to the bank ( laughing all way ), and then deposit the money that will  -( Reverse Global Warming )-  then drive home.

Now sit in your very big house with all the lights off so no one will think you are a hypocrite.

Most of the heat on this planet comes from the core of this planet, the Sun will continue to get brighter and warmer until it vaporizes the earth, in one billion years the average temperature will be one hundred and sixty degrees, and If the suns energy dropped, only three percent today, tomorrow, we would be in a Ice Age. 

Pure CO2, Dry Ice causing warming, is a - Un-proved Theory — only a Hypothesis.

Today the media is relying on the government for science fact ( hearsay ), while most politicians rely on the media for science fact ( hearsay ).

The  vicious-circle-cycle-circus  of  Hearsay,  as 175 years of real proven science is completely and totally rejected and ignored.

Today 32,000 scientists who have signed a petition, do not accept the fuzzy science of Global Warming, that is not a scientific consensus, any scientist who believes the sun has no effect on climate, is a fool, any scientist who believes only mankind can effect climate, needs a Therapist. So to the true believers, the ones with no science background or science knowledge, or science evidence of any kind, and would fail a fifth grade science exam, the most scientifically mentally challenged, of the most faithful spiritual followers of the Hypothesis, please find a different religion or move to the north pole.

 To all the scientist who ( believe ) in the Hypothetical-conjecture, The guess, The meteorological prognostication, The prediction

The cleaner you burn fuel, the more life giving CO2 you produce.

Dry Ice, pure CO2 is a heat sponge, it can absorb heat energy as fast as a capacitor or condenser can absorb electricity, and then cool as fast as it heated to the temperature of the surrounding air. 

 I can  PROVE  It.

Mr. Gore, If your plan is to save this planet, by killing all life on this planet, your plan will work,

why do you want to kill, every living thing on this planet, by removing the cause, of all carbon base life on this planet, to save the planet ? 

Good ideas, do not come from, the ill-advised or greed.

Today the most important decisions for life, nature and science, are made by those lest qualified to do so.

Mr. Gore, you have failed fifth grade science, it is time to put away the tarot cards and the Ouija board, and return the money you took, from the people foolish enough, to believe you.

To guess, predict and believe, is not proven science, or hard science, your consensus Mr. Gore, is not of science or truth.

(The Sky is not falling) but you are well on your way, to your first Billion big ones.

Planet Earth has had very severe climate change, for the last four point six billion years,  I am guessing, predicting and believe, this planet will have very severe climate change, for the next four point six billion years.

Watching ice melt is not proof co2 is no longer an refrigerant, ice has been melting off and on for last 600 million years.

Mr. Gore, I can prove my statements, in a court of law, can you ?

Your goal, is to tax the world, for one of the primary causes of life, and the colder it is, the more taxes we will all pay, while trying to stay warm.
