…our local governments are better at funding Luxury’s for the few
with our tax dollars
than providing the long over due necessity’s for the many
~ while ~
adding an inch of fresh pavement
on top of an old worn out Road
made of patches over patches over patches
with no base under the Road
using a Blade instead of a real Road Paver
only makes a bad road worse
and is a total waste of time and money
